You can not seal the will of The People – Condemnation of The Ughelli North Chairman’s Sealing of AMB. Tobore Aghah’s Business Premises

My fellow Deltans,

I Condemn in the strongest possible terms the unlawful, vindictive and cowardly sealing of the business premises of Amb. Tobore Alex Agbah by the Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area, Jaro Egbo.

Mr Jaro Egbo has sealed the business premises of Amb Tobore Agbah’s business premises a hardworking man from Ughelli North, a patriotic Deltan who built his business from scratch,, employing Deltans directly, feeding his family from that business.

What was his crime? His crime was that he organized a 10,000 man march for NDC and against the Renewed hopelessness agenda and frustration caused by this current administration. A peaceful march. No violence. No stone thrown. Just young men and women saying WE WANT TO RESET DELTA and Nigeria as a whole.

And for that, his livelihood was marked and sealed by the Ughelli North Local Government Council.

I have been in business for years. I know what it means to build. To generate funds, use technical expertise . To not sleep because you must pay staff. Only a man who has never built anything will have the thought of sealing another man’s sweat that is legitimate because of politics.

Let me be very clear.

To the Chairman of Ughelli North:

Chairman, I understand you are a lawyer, the sealing of Amb Tobore’s business, you did not seal a premises. You sealed trust. You sealed the little hope that Amb Tobore has left in this state.

If there was a planning issue, there is a process. Serve notice. Give time. Go to court. But you did not do that because this was not about planning. Everybody knows this was about politics. It was a message to every Deltan: if you follow NDC, we will deal with you. The Delta state chapter NBA needs to look into this brazen abuse of the rule of law.

Sir, you are the Chairman of ALL Ughelli North, not chairman of APC. You swore to protect every citizen, even those who do not support you.

To Governor Sheriff Oborevwori:

Your Excellency, you said in church on Sunday that public office is held in trust for the people. That power is not for family.

This is your test.

If you keep quiet on this issue, then every Deltan will know that this was sanctioned from Asaba. Your silence will be approval. Your body language is what Local Government Chairmen are interpreting as license to intimidate.

You cannot call for peace and sacrifice on Sunday and allow political thuggery with your appointees on Monday.

Deltans are watching.

To our member, Amb Tobore Agbah, and to the 10,000 that marched:

They think they have broken you. They have not. They have actually shown why we must RESET this state.

This is exactly what RESET and not what Renewed Hope Agenda means.

We must RESET Delta from a state where government uses power to punish its own people, to a state where government protects every Deltan whether you vote for them or not.

We must RESET from the politics of marking innocent people ‘s livelihood and intimidation, to the politics of ideas and development.

We must RESET from a system that destroys jobs to satisfy ego, to a system that creates jobs.

To every Deltan and Nigerian listening to me: This is why we cannot sit at home in 2027. If they can do this to Amb Tobore Agbah today, they can do it to you tomorrow.

But I tell you, no amount of intimidation can seal an idea whose time has come.

They can seal a business premises, but they cannot seal the determination of 10,000 youths who want a new Delta.

They can seal a premises, but they cannot seal our resolve to RESET Delta State and Nigeria.

Enough is enough.

I am calling on the Commissioner of Police, Delta State, and all security agencies, to protect NDC members and all opposition members in Ughelli North, across Delta and Nigeria. We are peaceful people. We will remain peaceful, but we will not be intimidated.

The RESET is here. And it cannot be Sealed.
